Keto Salmon Patties
Make sure you get good quality salmon that is packed in water, with low salt. I love this salmon from Trader Joe's with the Wild Alaskan Pink Salmon
Simply mix all the ingredients below together, form into patties and brown in hot oil. So delicious!
Ingredients
12 ounces canned salmon
1 large egg
1/3 cup crushed pork rinds (or GF Bread Crumbs)
2 teaspoon nutritional yeast (or Parmesan Cheese)
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon salt
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Form into 6 or 8 patties (I like mine thinner with more crunch on the outside). Heat oil in non-stick pan. Fry each patty in the oil until browned on both sides. OR
These are amazing in the airfryer - 400F for 8 minutes and flip at the half way mark.
I love this served over of spinach arugula salad with olive oil and balsamic dressing.

Q3 Make-Up Use Up Update
I love doing these updates as they help me stay focused on using up my make-up. Here is how I am doing on my 2018 goals. I won't hit 100% but think I should get quite a few more used up int he back-half of the year.
