Trader Joe's Spinach and Artichoke Pasta Recipe from Tiktok

This is another "combine a bunch of ingredients" type of dish. So easy and very tasty. 

Ingredients

1 Trader Joe’s frozen spinach and artichoke dip
2 cups of cherry tomatoes, quartered
6 cloves of diced garlic cloves

1/4 cup of olive oil
salt and pepper
1 chicken jalapeno sausage chopped up
2 C rotini pasta – cooked according to package
Parmesan cheese to top

Steps

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, place everything in a baking dish besides the pasta, sausage and Parmesan cheese and bake for 50 minutes.
While you are waiting for the sauce to cook, cook your pasta according to the directions on the box.
Fry chicken sausage till nicely brown
When the timer is done, mix the ingredients together that are in the baking dish and press down on any tomatoes that are still whole. Combine. Add your drained pasta to the baked sauce and toss.
Top with parmesan cheese and serve.

Elle's Sister's Steak Marinade

This is such an easy recipe as you pop everything into a ziplock bag and then bbq.  I love doing it overnight before company comes over so everything is ready - easy peasy! Scroll down for another version that I also love.

 Ingredients

1/3 c soy sauce
 
½ c olive oil
 
1/3 c lemon juice
 
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
 
11/2 T garlic
 
3T basil
 
11/2 T. parsley
 
1t. w. pepper
 
t. hot pepper sauce (optional)
 
Place steak in zip lock bag and marinate for at least 6 hours.
 
BBQ to medium rare.

My Variation

You can use this with "olive oil + whatever seasonings you like".

Put all into a ziplock bag and marinade for 6 hours or overnight.
Bbq to medium rare.
