Ipsy January

With 2015 being the year of 'being content' and 'focusing on what I have' I realize that there is no longer a want or need for Ipsy in my lfie.

 This month's Ipsy bag came in this adorable sturdy vinyl bag that is white on one side and blue on the other

 I love this brush from Elizabeth Mott shadow brush. 

 This BellePierre Shimmer Shadow looks beautiful but I have enough so I will be giving this away.

  This sample of La Fresh Eco-Beauty Moisturizer will be great for travel.

 This Probelle Into The Blue Nail Lacquer looks beautiful but is not something I would wear (not even on my toes) so I will be giving this away.

 This Pacifica Eye Shadow looks nice but I have enough so I will be giving this away.

I like the bag and the brush and the sample moisturizer but, am disappointed in the other 3 products.  I am cashing in points, I will get one more month of Ipsy and then I will be canceling.

Ipsy December

The theme this month is 'Creative Genius' and everything came in this black bag.

 I love NYX products.  This NYX Butter Lip Balm reminds me of the Neutrogena Lip Balms but not as pigmented. Perfect for winter to apply overtop of lipstick.

This Nourish Organic Eye Cream has a funny smell (not that you notice once you put it on your eyes) I have never found an eye cream that does any more than a regular moisturizer so we will see.

 I always enjoy hair products so will be fun to try this Bumble and Bumble Bb Repair Blow Dry serum-in-creme elixer.

 This Carilyn Just Mineral Eye Polish #005 Orchid looks so pretty.  It will be fun to do some Christmasy looks with it.

I have heard so much about Tarte Lights Camera Lashes that it will be fun to try this mascara.

 Overall, I am happy with what I got.  Do you get Ipsy and if so, what did you think of your bag?

September Ipsy Bag

This month’s Ipsy Bag theme is 'Street Style' and featured some of our fellow YTer's

Everything came in this hip silver faux leather bag that is a nice size

I got this Briogeo 'Don't Despair Repair Deep Conditioning Mask' that I am very excited to try. I will put this in my suitcase for traveling next weekend.

I got this NYX Hot Single Eyeshadow in Arrogance.  I love my other NYX Hot Singles but have enough other shadows in purple so think I will regift this.

Pacifica Natural Waterproof Eye Pencil I have more than enough eye pencils but, I like this color and that it is waterproof so, I am keeping this.

Crown Brush Shadow Crease Duet Brush I love the Crown Brushes that I won and absolutely love that this is dual ended.  Perfect for travel.

Hikari Lipstick in Cabernet tThis is the perfect shade for fall - a rich ruby berry color.

Again, I am very happy with what I got and thought it was more than worth the $10.  To like 4 out of the 5 items (and the 5th is only because of I have enough purple shadows otherwise the NYX shadow is great).  It is always fun to try new products and this definitely gets me doing that :-)

August Ipsy Bag

This month’s Ipsy Bag came in this adorable plastic durable 'pencil bag', perfect for travel

I got a Pervursion Mascara by Urban Decay  I haven't tried it yet (it has to go into the B.u.S.) but, I am excited to try it.

Klorane Drt Shampoo this smells really nice.  I love that it is travel size and I am going to save this for taking with us to Maui next month.

Jersey Shore Sun Mongongo Lip Conditioner This could be a very nice product but, I don't need any more balms so will give this away.

J. Cat Beauty Flying Solo Eyeshadow I tried this out and it seems like a very nice eyeshadow.  I am surprised it is <$3!  They also provided a 25% off code for any item JCAT25 

Dr Brandt Pore No More- I have heard very good things about this product so am excited to try it.

Again, I am very happy with what I got and thought it was more than worth the $10.  It is always fun to try new products and this definitely gets me doing that :-)
