This is a spreadsheet I put together for you.  Whether you are Keto, Paleo, Atkins or just wanting to track your Macronutrients or Sodium, Water or Sleep this Tracker should help you. Some columns populate the chart and the rest color code automatically. There are 3 tabs at the bottom
1. Instructions
2. Data (you need to fill out as per #1 Instructions)
3. Chart. (populates automatically off of the #2 Data)

Download from here to your computer by clicking in the bottom right corner (when you hover your mouse over it says "view full-size worksheet) and then click on 'download' to save to your computer.
