Air Fryer Garlic Cheese Bread
1 C shredded mozzarella
1/4 grated Parmesan
1 large egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix & press into a round circle on parchment paper
Put in air fryer
Cook at 350F for 10 minutes
Serve warm but not hot (once it cools a bit, it has more of a 'bread' like texture. Yummy!
Serves 2 with 3.6g Net Carbs per serving

Count me in on the Keto Garlic Bread ♥ Sadly, I'll have to bake mine in my oven since I haven't convinced my husband I need yet another kitchen appliance. Must be because I never got rid of my crock pot when I got my first pressure cooker...and now I have two pressure cookers Ü Looks yummy! Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLOL! You sound like the appliance queen Tracy. I never knew how much I would love my airfryer. If you have a convection oven (maybe in your toaster oven) I am betting that would work as well.
