Air Fryer Chicken Chimichangas

 So easy and delicious! Other than the tortilla, this is a very healthy meal.


Air Fryer Chicken Chimichangas

  • 2 flour tortillas (gluten free if desired)
  • 1 cup shredded chicken, done from a batch in the crockpot
  • 2 tsp cumin mixed with chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheese
  •  
  • TOPPINGS
  • guacamole
  • sour cream

  • salsa
  • jalapenos
  • green onion
  • minced fresh cilantro
  •  
  • Make up tortillas a desired (chicken, cheese, salsa, pico), roll-up and secure with a toothpick
  • Place in air fryer and cook at 400F for 5 minutes. Turn and cook for another 5 minutes till crispy. If cooking in an oven, preheat to 400F and bake chimichangas on a baking sheet.

  • Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
