This is equally good without the jalapeno but, it does give it a really nice flavor
Air Fryer Keto Garlic Cheese Bread
- Ingredients
- 1 C shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 grated Parmesan
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Jalapeno diced, optional
Steps- Mix & press into a round circle or a square on parchment paper
- Put in air fryer
- Cook at 350F for 10 minutes
- Serve warm but not hot (once it cools a bit, it has more of a 'bread' like texture.) Yummy!
Notes- If I do jalapeno, I sub the parmesan with grated mozzarella cheese
