Air Fryer Jalapeno Garlic Cheese Bread - Keto

This is equally good without the jalapeno but, it does give it a really nice flavor


Air Fryer Keto Garlic Cheese Bread


  • Ingredients
    • 1 C shredded mozzarella
    • 1/4 grated Parmesan
    • 1 large egg
    • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
    • Jalapeno diced, optional
    Steps
    1. Mix & press into a round circle or a square on parchment paper
    2. Put in air fryer
    3. Cook at 350F for 10 minutes
    4. Serve warm but not hot (once it cools a bit, it has more of a 'bread' like texture.) Yummy!
    Notes
    • If I do jalapeno, I sub the parmesan with grated mozzarella cheese
