These prepared Chicken Salads are fabulous and make great sandwiches for lunch:
We mix a can of the these chiles with the Trader Joe's Macaroni and Cheese, sprinkle some bread crumbs on top and bake and voila! Instant restaurant quality macaroni and cheese side dish. YUM!
These dinners are convenient as we simply microwave them, add a vegetable and, in less than 10 minutes we have a gourmet dinner.
Another great easy meal is to bake the mandarin orange chicken, mix with the sauce that it comes with, microwave the vegetable fried rice and serve! If you want, add a side of broccoli. Easy and as delicious as any Chinese restaurant.
This pot roast is incredible and we get four servings out of it.
We add carrots and some of these instant mashed potatoes and have a fabulous dinner
This Chimichurri Rice is Perevian Style. It is very moist with a nice amount of spice/flavor. Reminiscent of Indian flavors. Very delicious and makes an excellent side dish as it stands on its own.
Mark loves these breaded chicken fingers. He just opens a can of corn and within a couple of minutes has dinner
Chile Verde Burritos are very flavorful. A couple of minutes in the microwave and there is a great dinner
We serve both these meatballs and the lemongrass chicken stix as appetizers when we have company over. Quick, easy and tasty.
Another casual appetizer that is fantastic is the chicken taquitos servved with Trader Joe's Guacamole and Pico de Gallo
This lasagna rivals anything we have had at a restaurant. Pair it with a salad and some garlic bread and you have a 5 star meal!
On the bbq, we put a heavy skillet or a wok with a bit of oil and stir fry these potstickers. I serve them with a dipping sauce of soy sauce, chinese mustard and red chili paste for some zing. They make a fabulous meal with some rice and broccoli
For tasty snacks, we love the Australian licorice. For something sweet, we love their English Toffee and the Dark Chocolate Covered Caramels which are similar to the delicious See's Chocolate covered caramels.
Some of their amazing desserts are the Karat Cake, their assorted Cheesecakes and their Chocolate Ganache Torte

ReplyDeleteI had to laugh with you on the toffee, that never lasts long in this house.... Try the boxed frozen brown rice with the Asian chicken We Love it! Also the jarred arribata sauce is great for pasta! Also love the bagged batsmatti rice , perfect with (chicken) !!! Love your channel you are so great!
