Keto Chocolate Coconut Peanut Fat Bombs


You have heard of "Energy Balls" well, this is the same but without the granola and carbs!  I have loved coconut for years (Monolaurin is the reason we don't get sick!) and these Fat Bombs are amazing. The coconut gives you a clear mind, energy and fills you up so you aren't as likely to snack! 

You can adjust the quantity to make as many as you want. I do the ratio of roughly ½ the coconut oil to peanut butter. If you want, you can do equal quantities of coconut oil and peanut butter but they will be more messy to pour into the tin. Note: If you live somewhere cooler than Arizona, you may need to microwave the peanut butter and coconut oil to soften lol!

1/4 C Peanut butter
1/8 C Coconut oil
Sweetener to taste (I use stevia)
1 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Combine all ingredients and stir. Put into a greased cookie mold and freeze till solid. If you eat one of these after a meal, it will help to fill you up and tide you over to your next meal as well as burn fat and give you energy. Coconut/Lauric  Acid is so healthy and this is an amazing way to get it!
